Palazzo de Lumi, dating from 1778 is a meticulously and sustainably restored palazzo which offers ten different apartments, each with preserved historical artifacts and fully equipped modern kitchens, amenities an indoor pool, sauna and terrace.

Palazzo di Lumi

Palazzo di Lumi, dating from 1778 offers 10 apartments and can accommodate up to 20+ guests.​ The small but efficient elevator is a rarity not only in historical Rutigliano but most of the regions restored palazzos. Palazzo de Lumi is sustainably renovated and each apartment is stylishly designed. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.​

Rutigliano

The medieval town of Rutigliano, known as the 'Citta dell'Uva' (City of the Grape), famous for its grapes and terracotta whistles stands unchanged for centuries. Centro Storico (Historical Center) of Rutigliano is one of the best-preserved towns in the region. Several squares are connected to each other with narrow winding streets.​

Palazzo de Lumi is located in the historical center of Rutigliano, be sure to meander through the tiny streets – there are surprises around every corner. Walking is the best mode of transport in Rutigliano.​The town is is strategically located, providing easy access to all the famous towns of Puglia and 15 minutes from the beaches

Highlights

The town is recognized for its local culinary delights, using seasonal fresh ingredients as it is famous for its grapes as well as olive oil, wine and unique pasta variety: orecchiette. On the main square, Terrazza Bassavilla restaurant, in the warehouses of the town fortress is a few minutes from Palazzo di Lumi, offering a more modern take on local dishes, an amazing mixologist and jazz nights on the terrace.
